When you cater with INspire Cafe, you’re not just feeding a room. You’re supporting meaningful employment for individuals with diverse abilities right here in Wakefield. The same team that runs our cafe prepares your order with the same care. Every tray makes a difference.

From a coffee box for the morning huddle to a full lunch spread. Here’s how our catering menu is organized.
Beverages
Hot coffee, cold brew, iced tea, lemonade, and more, served by the gallon for 10–12.
Breakfast
Breakfast sandwich trays, assorted muffins, bagels, pastries, and fresh fruit.
Snacks & Sharing
Mac & cheese, hummus and veggie trays, charcuterie spreads, and salads.
Lunch
Sandwich and wrap trays: Chicken Club, BLT, Caprese, Chicken Caesar, Armstrong 911, and more. Includes chips, pickles, and a cookie.
Dessert
Fresh-baked cookies and brownies, sized for 12 or 24.
Vegetarian and gluten-free options available, including gluten-free pastries, desserts, and bread on request.

- Lead timeWe prefer at least a week’s notice for catering orders. Shorter notice is sometimes possible for smaller orders. Just ask.

How refunds work
We hold supplies, prep time, and team hours for your order. So our refund policy works on a sliding scale.
- 7 or more days beforeFull refund.
- 3–6 days before50% refund.
- Less than 72 hours beforeNon-refundable, due to food, prep, and staffing commitments.
