Tara has over a decade of experience supporting individuals with disabilities and holds specialized credentials as a Direct Support Provider and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L). Her background in developmental disabilities is complemented by her hands-on experience at a previous café, where she worked alongside individuals with disabilities to foster inclusion and professional growth.
