Tara is the full-time Director of INspire Café, bringing over a decade of experience supporting individuals with disabilities and specialized credentials as a Direct Support Provider and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L). Her hands-on leadership at a previous inclusive café model reflects her deep commitment to building pathways for professional growth and inclusion. At INspire, Tara drives day-to-day operations with vision and purpose—empowering individuals, cultivating high expectations, and creating a culture where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. She pairs her passion for inclusion with strong business acumen, ensuring INspire Café operates with both mission and sustainability in mind.
Megan has over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, and for the past five years, has been proud to work at the Boys & Girls Club of Metro North in various capacities including community relations, grant management, and development. Megan is deeply rooted in the local community and passionate about building strong, meaningful relationships to support the mission of INspire. Her driving passion is connecting businesses with nonprofits to do good in the community and bring people together for a greater purpose.
